Our Company
Lawyers Abstract & Title Company has been servicing Erath County for over 20 years. Our
original location, which now houses the title plant and administrative offices, is located in the historical Theo Bauer
building in beautiful downtown Stephenville, Texas. In 2005, we opened a closing office on the South Loop of Stephenville
to better serve our customers needs. We are proud to be a part of this incredible community and to serve each and every
one of you.
